Kindergarten Registration


If you were unable to register your child before the end of our school year, please contact your school's office (654-3874) for other available dates and times.

*Students must be 5 years old on or before September 30th to enroll for the upcoming school year.
*Only a parent or legal guardian may register a child.
*It is not necessary for your child to be present for registration.

Parents are required to bring the following:
1.  Child's Birth Certificate
2.  Child's Social Security Card
3.  Tennessee School Immunization Certificate
4.  Emergency contact information (names and telephone numbers)
5.  Proof of residence (electric bill, water bill, home or apartment lease)
6.  Custody papers (if applicable)
